| Requirements: • Grade 10 (Junior Certificate or equivalent qualification) – NQF 2; • A valid driver’s licence (Code 10) – equivalent code C. |
| Job Specification |
| Recommendation: • A minimum of 2 years relevant driving experience; • Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualifications) – NQF 4. Key performance areas: • Drive, clean, maintain and do log sheets of vehicles; • Processing library material on the SLIMS database with issues and returns; • Physical handling, stamping, counting, sorting and filing of library material; • Clean and mend library material; • Relief in certain tasks in absence of other staff; • Load and unload vehicles, move, pack and unpack boxes and crates; • Assist with opening and closing of libraries and stock takes. |
