The Volvo Group, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of trucks, buses, construction and equipment, invites applications for a Customer Service Specialist Logistics Internship position. This function compliments the entire interface between the PDC and BA/Dealer/Customer on urgently required components.
This position will be based at Volvo Trucks in Boksburg, Gauteng.
Some of the responsibilities are:
- Assisting with follow-up on delivery issues i.e. discrepancies, transport delays etc.
- Assisting with manual order entries for dealer network in the event of system failures.
- Assisting with answering dealer enquiries and follow-up on enquiries.
- Assisting in sending daily reports, invoices and assisting with invoicing.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management
