Work Summary
Working as a HSE coordinator with XYX Manufacturers Inc, Cape town from May 2009 till date. My chief responsibilities include:
- Ensure compliance of the organization’s internal laws, operations, safety facilities and waste management systems with the HSE protocols
- Identify the risks, threats and the inconsistent areas that need improvement to upgrade the current safety standard
- Coordinate with the external HSE analysts and provide them with relevant information during the yearly HSE inspections
- Develop training programs to help the employees deal with emergencies responsibly and avert or overcome accidents
- Review the accidents if any and find the reason for negligence to avert any future possibility of such accidents
Worked as a HSE coordinator with XUY Manufacturers Inc, Cape Town from October 2007 till April 2009. My chief responsibilities include:
- Check compliance of the organization’s regulations with the HSE laws
- Update organization about the changes in the HSE laws and its effect on operations
- Analyze the safety measures and the ability of members to respond rapidly to crisis
- Respond to difficulties and complaints made by the workers and investigate the matter
- Inform and guide the workers in taking the precautionary and safety measures
- Arrange for rapid medical facilities to deal with medical emergencies
