Endemol Shine Africa Leading independent producer, is looking for a dynamic individual to join their creative team as an intern in Johannesburg.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assist creative and production teams on all required elements of the creative and production planning process
- General office administration
- Research and preparation of projects
- Concept development and planning
- Contestant selections, audition planning
- Writing up of concepts and preparing presentations
- Keeping minutes of meetings when required
- Attending meetings when required
- Be proactive and present and/or discuss new innovations
- Keep abreast of industry related trends and news.

Requirements
- Excellent people and research skills
- Must be organised
- Possess multitasking abilities
- A passion for television production
- Solid writing and typing skills, and proficiency on PC are essential
- Articulate phone manner
- Basic computer knowledge, organisational and clerical skills
