Danone Southern Africa is looking for an HR Graduate in Johannesburg. Danone is a global food company holding top positions in healthy food through its four businesses: Fresh Dairy Products, Early Life Nutrition, Waters, and Medical Nutrition. This internship provides a great opportunity for an ambitious student to get a broad understanding of all mail HR activities in a leading FMCG organization in an international setting.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to work on several topics:
- Learning & development (Manage the Danone Corporate Learning & Development tool & Coordinate the training in cooperation with the HR Business Partner)
- Organize internal events
- Drive operational processes in the International Mobility field
- Manage the HR invoicing system and approval flow
- Lead the coordination and optimization of the Onboarding and Induction Day
- HR Processes ( Support in the main HR processes: Performance and Development review, Individual Development Plans, Annual Salary review, etc.)
- • HR Projects (Participate in HR Strategic Projects, together with the team of HR Business Partners and OD managers)
Motivation
You enjoy working in a dynamic, complex, international environment and you are very much a business-oriented person with a natural interest in the different processes of an organization.- You aspire to work in HRM upon graduation from university
Education and experience required:
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational/Industrial Psychology or related study;
- Fluency in English is a must
- Previous internship experience within HR or a FMCG branch is an advantage;
