The Human Resources Intern contributes to the organisational goals by providing administrative support to the Human Resource Manager to optimise the Human Resource service offering
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide customised and relevant information specific to the needs of the requesting party
- Focus on self-development, particularly in field of HR
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge or relevant computer programmes
- Remain up to date with relevant legislation for purposes of HR
- Ongoing modification of service offering
- Develop productive working relationships with direct Manager, HR team, Business Managers, head office (HR, IS Services, Finance Department) and colleagues
Minimum Job Requirements
- University Graduates
- Essential: 3 year Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
- Must have knowledge or understanding of HR terminology and concepts
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
- Must be able to prioritise and work under pressure / against deadlines
