The University of Free State invites applications for a Human Resources Internship (Contract appointment: 1 year)
Duties and responsibilities:
Gain exposure in the following areas:
- Recruitment and Selection;
- Employment Equity;
- Labour Relations;
- Training and Development; and
- General human resources administration.
Inherent requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology.
Required competencies:
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
The following criteria apply to the selection of candidates:
- Not currently participating in an existing learnership/internship programme.
- Willing to sign a learnership/internship agreement with the UFS.
- Candidate must be available for a period of 1 year.
- Postgraduate qualification will serve as a recommendation.
