Spec-Savers currently has more Accountants on its diverse team than Optometrists. The graduates will start off with 6 weeks field rotation in their top Port Elizabeth Spec-Savers practices, followed by 3 months intensive training and finally another 6 weeks at top Spec-Savers practices. Upon successful completion of the program, the opportunity exists for those exceptional individuals, who exhibit the maturity and desire to own their own practice, to be assisted in ascertaining franchising opportunities within the Spec-Savers group.
