To comply with Kolometa Mine SLP requirement the mine needs to provide a One (1) year internship training programme for both Internal and External candidates, as a result the training opportunities are advertised.
The candidates SHOULD have completed a technical S4 National Diploma / Degree in ONE of the following Fields:
- Mining Engineering
- Electrical Engineerin18.g
- Mechanical Engineering
- Metallurgical Engineering
- Mine Survey
- Geology
- Human Resource Management
- Safety / Environmental Management
- Finance
- Supply Chain Management
Preference will be given to candidates from the NW, specifically from the Tsantsabane area.
The successful candidates will be given an opportunity to gain relevant experience and to complete the necessary practical learning as required by the learning institution where applicable.
The internship programme entails the following:
- Free medical assessment
- Free personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
- Free Training
- A monthly stipend for 18.2 learners
- 18.1 conditions will apply to internal candidate.
