We invite high quality graduates to apply for the Mondi Engineer-in-Training (EIT) development programme (Chemical Engineering) at their Richards Bay operation. Mondi offers a 2-year practical training programme where successful candidates, who have recently completed their relevant Bachelor of Science degree at an officially recognised SA University, are given the opportunity to gain industrial exposure whilst building their career.
Mondi produces a range of office paper including the premium South African brand, Mondi Rotatrim. Mondi Shanduka Newsprint (MSN) is also housed in Merebank, and produces newsprint and telephone directory paper, primarily for the South African market.
Requirements
- BSc degree in Chemical Engineering
- Applicants must have completed the degree in a maximum period allowed of 5 years and achieved an average mark of 60% in each year of study
- Practical industrial exposure will be an added advantage.
During the interview and selection process, we will be appraising and evaluating a diverse array of competencies.
