SOWETAN and STELLENBOSCH UNIVERSITY OFFER POST-GRADUATE JOURNALISM BURSARY FOR 2015
Want to kick start your journalism career with the best possible foundation?
Well you have the opportunity to study at the post-graduate department of Journalism at the University of Stellenbosch. Study with the prestigious Aggrey Klaaste Bursary offered by the Sowetan newspaper and Stellenbosch University & be given the chance to work for the Sowetan.
The aim of the course is to educate and train students as professional journalists.Theoretical and practical modules include News Writing, Media, Ethics, Page Layout and Design, Science and Technology journalism, photojournalism and general knowledge through an extensive programme in Cultural Literacy.
