Key Duties & Responsibilities
- The intern will participate and be responsible for a variety of projects and tasks that span the areas of organisational behaviour, occupational/ career psychology, personnel psychology, psychometric assessments and ethics
- Projects will give the intern exposure and strengthen the intern’s competence in the relevant fields
- The internship will be registered by the HPCSA and supervised by experienced Industrial Psychologists
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Industrial/ Organisational Psychology
- Valid driver’s license
- Registration with the HPCSA as a Student Psychologist
- Some leadership skill set/ roles evident during schooling or studying period (an advantage)
- Any rudimentary experience in the World of Work during studies (an advantage)
