Lockdown Level 1 – NSFAS Walk-In Centre To Reopen Soon

The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) announced that they’ll be reopening their NSFAS walk-in centre on 11 October after spending months being closed.

NSFAS posted the following on social media:

With the country being placed on lockdown Level 1 by the President, NSFAS will open its Walk-in Centre at the Cape Town Offices on Monday 11 October 2021.  

“Students around Cape Town can now visit NSFAS to be assisted with all NSFAS related queries,” said NSFAS.

The NSFAS walk-in centre will be open from 9AM and close at 4:30PM and can be found at House Cloete, Brodie Road in Wynberg, Cape Town.

NSFAS is yet to make any announcements as to when they’ll be opening their NSFAS bursary applications for 2022. Applications usually open in September and close in December.

The financial aid scheme said, “We advise prospective applicants to monitor our website and social media pages for official updates regarding the opening of applications.”
