Purpose
- To provide a specialist People Relations advisory service by ensuring adherence to Industrial Relations policies, procedures, and agreements and to further ensure productive working relationships between employees, groups, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- National Diploma in Labour Relations/ Industrial Relations / Human Resources / Labour Law at NQF 6 with 240 Credits
- 3 Years experience in the employee relations environment
