Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa operates a distinguished 24 month Graduate Programme, known as the ‘Next-Generation Graduate Programme’ catering to candidates from a range of academic backgrounds, encompassing fields such as Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Metallurgical), Human Resources, Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics. This program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to acquire indispensable practical experience and professional training. The ‘Next-Generation Graduate Program’ will offer the successful graduate a permanent placement from the commencement of the program.
Requirements:
- Must have successfully completed a Bachelors Degree or higher in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Mechatronic Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Metallurgical Engineering
- Human Resources
- Supply Chain
- Logistics
- Applicants need to be between the ages of 22 and 28.
NB. Applicants who have not yet concluded their studies will need to conclude in 2024 to be considered for this program.
