Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division provides a broad based global service with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, privatisations and equity debt, leveraged finance and structured product solutions.
Analyst interns in the Investment Banking Division participate on our advisory teams and help to structure and execute a full range of financial transactions. Responsibilities include creating financial models, preparing client presentations, conducting business due diligence sessions, managing transaction processes and structuring transactions. Intern in the Johannesburg office have a particular focus on the South African market and closely interact with sector and product teams in other offices, particularly London and New York.
Internship positions are suitable for any students in the second half of their degree programme with some prior internship experience in any sector.
We are looking for candidates with an excellent academic record, strong analytical skills, solid work ethics, high motivation level as well as excellent communication ad interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required.
