Graduate Training Programme at Tata Consultancy Services SA

TCS SA along with AIESEC is currently initiating a Global Graduate Training Program whereby we intend on sending successful applicants to our main offices in India to get trained.

This training will largely involve on the job training in TCS South Africa offshore projects.  This internship will be for a period of 6 – 9 months, whereby you will be not only getting an opportunity to get trained on the job but also be paid a stipend, through AIESEC, during your internship.

This is a great opportunity for graduates as you will be trained in various IT skills, by very experienced trainers and on successful completion of the program the graduate can be on boarded into TCS SA roles.

AIESEC will assist in facilitating the departure of successful applicants, ensuring they also receive a comprehensive induction into India and its culture, and drop of at the applicant’s workplace.

Who qualifies:

• Computer Science IT graduates (Diploma/ Degree)
• No older than 25 years
