	Our Group is looking to appoint a Building Supervisors, Handyman and Driver for our Head Office Building in Brackengate Business Park, Brackenfell

Minimum Requirements:

	Code 8 Drivers License Living in the Brackenfell Area Able to work Flexible times/working hours Handy Man Mature/ well spoken/Professional at all times Articulate with exceptional communications skills in English/Afrikaans

Job Specification:

	This position will be ideal for a Retired person living in the Brackenfell Area as it requires a reliable person to open early in the mornings and also look after/manage the general maintenance, gardens, security/alarm systems/fire prevention systems, as well as a few daily/weekly delivery and pick up tasks with regards to post, banking, collecting of documents from regional offices and warehouses in Epping, so a valid Driver’s Licence will be an essential requirement for this position.  Our corporate Head Office consists of an office block/building plus 4 warehouses and security is managed by an outsourced company.
