In a fast changing and demanding Customer Service World, we are geared to assist business to better interact with their valued customers through delivery of a wide range of dedicated Customer Service enhancing tools and professional resources.
The Call Centre Learners will be trained on how to look after and delight our customers whenever they require assistance or support, ensuring that all targets and quotas are met accordingly, and to maintain the quality of the service in conjunction with Inter-actives customer goals and objectives. Learner agents are also expected to work within all teams of the Call Centre to ensure that the Inter-Active Customer Experience is delivered all the time, every time.
