Job Description:
The successful candidate will form part of our graduate grogram where training will be given in a number of business intelligence disciplines, including product training (Reporting, Performance Management and Data Modelling), data warehouse and ETL development, as well as product support, installations and configurations. Graduates will spend a large amount of their time being mentored by a senior consultant typically by working on customer site where they will work within a team to hone their technical consulting skills. Graduates will gain expertise from an experienced, highly knowledgeable team of Business intelligence and Financial Performance Management consultants and will typically work on projects-based implementations.
Person Requirement:
Self-motivated individuals with a thirst for knowledge and a desire to be exposed to as much as possible. Good technical and business skills. Well versed in project-based work, including the SDLC and use of agile development methodologies (incl. SCRUM). Good verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to an audience, Technical skills specifically in the area of SQL scripting and querying of various database systems is an advantage given the nature of the Synergy’s business.
