Main Purpose of the Job
The incumbents will be responsible for: supporting the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E team) in day to day data capturing.
Key Performance Areas
- Capturing of data in accordance with GCP principles
- Back Capturing Patient files into TIER.net
- Quality control of captured data
- Provide support to the M&E team
- General administrative work including filing
Table of Contents
Required minimum education and training
- Grade 12
- (Maths as a subject)
- Knowledge of the ART program with Tier.net training
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Minimum work experience
- 1 year Data Capturing experience
- Computer skills (MS Office package) and excellent keyboarding (both speed and accuracy) essential
- Desirable additional education, work experience and personal abilities
- Previous experience in health care/research setting and database packages preferable
