Requirements:
- Completed Degree or Diploma in any of the abovementioned qualification
- Resides in Johannesburg
- Willing to learn and go the extra mile
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to be committed to a 12 months contract
- Available immediately

Ability
- Communicate clearly and efficiently
- Deal with own correspondence (email)
- Interact with people at all levels
- Use MS Excel (intermediate to advanced)
- Work accurately and neatly
- Work methodically and systematically
- Work under pressure & meet deadlines
- Work without supervision
Experience
- Opening and dealing with incoming mail
- Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Retrieving, confirming and updating data in storage
