Job Purpose
Cold calling of MVGs and upselling the Resort and its facilities. Assisting guests with the booking and registration process over the phone. Please note that this is a 3 month fixed term contract starting from October 2014
Education Requirements
- Grade 12
- Customer service certificate or equivalent
Experience:
- Call centre experience essential
- Customer interface is a requirement
- Computer literacy
Skills and Knowledge
- Cold calling of clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Capturing of data on the system
