Alexander Forbes seeks a Data Capturer (Production) in Durban to capture all information as required accurately and timeously. The performance of ad hoc tasks will be required and the successful candidate must have the ability to type in accordance with requirements of a data capturer.
Requirements
- Formal Education: Grade 12
Responsibilities
Verification of data on system
- Ensure all information on system is verified.
- Ensure all additional information is updated.
- Create new claim/account if information is not on the system.
- Ensure accuracy.
Capturing of data
- Capture statements and accidents reports on system.
- Ensure all data is captured accurately.
- Ensure all data is captured timeously.
- Ensure quality of data captured.
- Ensure quality of documentation received.
- Ensure all the required information as per company requirements is captured.
- Providing of confirmation of the information that has been captured.
- Compliance with company policies and procedures to ensure best practices.
- Submission of documentation to be sent to Pretoria
- Liaison and feedback from assessors to ensure effective production
- Cross reference documentation to ensure all documentation has been captured and accounted for.
- Ensure monthly targets are met.
- Ensure compliance and execution of strategic initiatives
Administration
- Filing of production documentation received from assessors
