South African Breweries has a vacancy position for a Stock Clerk at ABI Pretoria Manufacturing in Hercules. The purpose of this position is to ensure the safe guarding of company assets & inventory whilst minimizing risk, fraud & losses by ensuring compliance to stock management and control processes & procedures policy and procedures. Manage and control the issuing of items from the relevant stores whilst maintaining the required housekeeping and inventory control standards.

Output and Accountabilities
- Account for & reconcile all inventory movements daily
- Ensure accuracy of the route settlement process
- Reconcile all primary distribution reconciliations daily
- Reconcile all secondary distribution reconciliations daily
- Reconcile all transfers between production & warehouse daily
- Facilitate the daily stock counting process & resolve variances
- Ensure compliance to all stock processes
- Process all customer queries daily to enable accurate customer accounts
- Confirm all customer proof of delivery requirements are met
