Sea Harvest seeks a Fishshop Assistant in Piketberg. Reporting to the Section Leader, you will be responsible to assist in the day to day running of the store.
Sea Harvest is the leading brand in terms of the volume share in the retail frozen fish category. The company employs over 2200 people and markets its products across the globe.
Responsibilities
- Client Service
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
- Identify prices of goods, services or admission, or optical price scanners
- Deal with customer complaints and provide information on policies and procedures
Liaise with internal as well as external clients
- Establish or identify prices of goods, services, admission, or optical price scanners
- Stacking of fish products
- Stock control of fresh, frozen or smoked products
- Deal with incoming stock
- Smoking of products
- Do filleting on fresh products.
Requirements
- Grade 12/ Matric Certificate
- Good process and product knowledge
- Attention to details
- Ability to function independently and work under pressure
- Must have the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Pro-active, Customer Service orientated
- Self-motivated and a team-player
- Willing to work overtime
