SARS seeks to enrol qualified Graduates in the Strategy and Enablement (Anti-corruption and security Unit):
ACAS
- The focus of Anti Corruption and Security is primarily on the prevention of fraud, theft and corruption.
- ACAS investigates and act decisively against anyone in SARS who tries to defraud, steal, collude with criminals or cover up unethical and criminal behaviour.
- Such employees will face prosecution.

Graduates in the Compliance Division (Enforcement):
- To provide assurance by performing control activities which include verifying, validating and taking corrective measures, to minimise any adverse impact to the state, the organisation, traders and taxpayers as a result of non-compliance.

The graduate development programme of SARS is a 24 months programme (fixed term)
At the end of the development programme, trainees who successfully meet SARS’s recruitment requirements will be considered permanent appointment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting/ Auditing/ Forensic Auditing/Criminal Law
- South African Citizen
- Not more than 6 months of work experience
- Currently not participating in Graduate programme/Learnership
Experience:
- Not more than 6 months of work experience
