Pep Stores is looking for a Financial Admin Coordinator to join their Finance Department. The purpose of the job is to administer telecommunication accounts and contracts by assuring 100% correctness and coordination with telecommunication networks, service providers and Pep personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration and liaising with telecommunication suppliers
- Monthly cell phone reporting
- Managing of landline telephone systems
- Researching and analysing market related trends and products regarding telecommunication
- Ad hoc tasks
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Grade 12 (with Accounting or Mathematics)
- A tertiary qualification will be an advantage
- Experience in financial or telecommunication administration
- Computer Literate (MS Office)
- Competencies include: Excellent ability to plan, organise and control; good problem solving skills; must be detail and service orientated;
- good communication skills and be able to build and maintain good healthy business relationships
