PEP is looking for a Data Capturer to join the Imports Finance Department in Cape Town. The purpose of the job is to administer payments related to imported goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Capturing of invoices in the department
- Opening and distributing mail
- Handling of queries
- Accurately identifying and resolving or escalating problems/issues
- Filing of invoices and payments
- General administration duties
- Ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (with Accounting)
- An accounting or finance diploma will be an advantage
- Relevant work experience will be an advantage
- Computer Literacy (MS Office)
- Aptitude to work with figures
- Competencies: Good problem solving skills; Detail orientation; Confidence and decissiveness; Planning, organising and control;
- Communication; Stress tolerance and able to work in a team as awell as independently.
