OLX SA, one of the world’s leading free classifieds, is offering a Web Design Internship of 3 to 6 months in their Marketing Department in the Cape Town Office.

- Brainstorm creative solutions with the team
- Work with the team on all marketing initiatives and provide design support for these
- Be happy to work outside of a job title and help out on various marketing projects
- Be interested in the results of any campaign and tailor creative approaches based on these results
Specific Responsibilities:
Product: – Conceptualise creative ideas – Design advertising banners for various platforms – Design email newsletters and other assorted creative material – Assist in writing copy for web
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable with Adobe CS, particularly Photoshop
- Good understanding of designing for web
- Advantageous: Experience designing for mobile
- Advantageous: Understanding of HTML and CSS
- Be a team-player, but able to self-start and work independently
- Comfortable working under pressure
