NRCS: Graduate Internship May 2018

The National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (NRCS) hereby offers internship opportunities to South African graduates. The duration of the Internship will be two (2) years with a monthly stipend of R6 000 (all inclusive) to be paid to the successful candidates.The NRCS is an entity of the department of Trade and Industry established to administer compulsory specifications and other technical regulations with the view to protect human health, safety, the environment and ensure fair trade in accordance with government policies and guidelines.

Applications are invited from candidates in the following discipline:

1X Intern: Civil Engineering (Reference Number: CE/01)

  • Qualification Required: Degree/ B Tech in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, Land Survey, Quantity Survey

1X Intern: QMS and Governance (Reference Number: QMS/01)

  • Qualification Required: Degree/B Tech in Quality Management or an LLB Degree

1X Intern: Financial Management  (Reference Number: FM/01)

  • Qualification Required: B Com/B Tech in Financial Management

1X Intern: Electrical Engineering  (Reference Number:EE/01)

  • Qualification Required: Degree/ B Tech in Electrical Engineering

Who is eligible to apply?

Unemployed South African graduates, with a tertiary qualification in one of the abovementioned fields of study, who have not been previously employed in the relevant or similar position or attended any internship programme.
