Sasfin Bank is looking for a Junior Administration Assistant to join its Equipment Finance division on a temporary basis in Waverley.

Main purpose of the job
To provide excellent service to all Business Banking Departments with a sense of urgency and accuracy. To be responsible for the efficient administration of the Equipment Finance Division including all aspect of administration. Supporting the Admin Manag er with any ad-hoc requirements that may arise from time to time and to liaise with IT Support to ensure that any IT problem / issues are resolved.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Administration and Support Functions
- Updating Registers
- Procurement
- Systems – IT support for Rentals
- Assist with quarterly awards photos
- Assist with quarterly awards photos
- Assist with documentation for SND audits
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12/Matric Certificate
- Excellent computer skills: MS Office 2010
- Previous Administrative experience advantageous
- Strong desire to learn and develop self
- Confidence in communicating with management/staff
- Pro-active and self-motivated, showing initiative
