We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities and projects
Responsibilities:
May include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Provide human resource administration and support across a variety of processes and programs
- Collaborate across the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions
- Ensure transactions are processed accurately and human resource programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently
- Supporting in the planning, coordination and implementation of local projects
- Provide administrative support to the HR Business Operations Specialist and HR Manager
Requirements:
- Recently graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management
- Good Excel knowledge
Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of Arabic (speaking, reading, writing)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Candidate should be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Must be a good communicator across the Business Spectrum
- Should be able to adhere to deadlines
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail non-negotiable
- Problem solving skills non-negotiable
- Strong administrative skills
- Flexibility with working hours
