The three -year diploma programme in nursing is presented by the Limpopo Province College of Nursing in accordance with Regulation R.171 of the South African Nursing Council. On completion of the course, a candidate will obtain a Diploma which allows for registration with the South African Nursing Council for the Diploma in General Nursing.
Requirements:
- Senior Certificate with endorsement (Matric exemption) or National Senior Certificate – Bachelors Pass.
- A minimum of 24 points on rating scale excluding Life-Orientation
- Requirements for Compulsory subjects:
- English HG – E / Level 4
- Biology/Life Sciences HG – E / Level 4
- Physical Sciences HG – E / Level 4
- Mathematics HG – E / Level 4
- Maths Literacy – Level 5
- The applicant must be a South African citizen who resides in Limpopo Province
