Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and IT, to gather insights that improve the overall customer experience.
  • Assist in developing and executing customer-centric marketing campaigns across digital channels such as social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Support the analysis of customer feedback and engagement data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improving customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing the brand’s online presence, ensuring consistency across touchpoints and enhancing the customer journey.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing strategies aimed at improving customer loyalty and retention.
  • Help create engaging content that aligns with the customer experience strategy, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
  • Conduct surveys and gather customer feedback through various platforms (e.g., CATI, Focus Groups, Online Surveys).
  • Collect, proofread, and analyze data related to customer satisfaction and experience metrics, ensuring accurate data entry into the appropriate systems.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations that highlight customer insights, campaign performance, and recommendations for enhancements to improve customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the customer experience team to identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in optimizing customer touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and customer experience strategies to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing and customer experience teams as needed.
  • Conduct surveys via CATI
  • Capture and proofread data collected via CATI or Focus groups.
  • Collect data and enter information into a database.
  • Ensure that data collection sources are accurate.
  • Examine data inputs.
  • Use statistical software to create data models.
  • Attention to detail computer skills.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in both technology and marketing, with a desire to learn how these disciplines intersect.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts and marketing ideas.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and data visualization tools.
