Responsibilities:
- Maintain and control all SHEQ System Documentation.
- Assist the SHEQ Department with administrative duties.
- Assisting with internal and external SHEQ matters, such as SHEQ Inductions,
- Reviewing and maintaining contractor HSE files.
- Manage and Control PPE – issuing and ordering.
- Prepare SDS’s and Tremcard as required and update as necessary.
- Arrange SHEQ equipment monitoring/ inspections.:
- Surveys (underground monitoring, illumination, ventilation, noise etc.)
- Occupational Health – arrange pre-employment, regular medicals and exit medicals as required.
- Hygiene and pest control
- Information update on SHEQ Noticeboards
Requirements:
- National Diploma / Degree in: Safety Management Or Environmental Science
- Include statement of results in application
- Some familiarity with occupational laws and regulations
- Some familiarity of environmental laws, regulations
- Awareness of sustainability principles and initiatives
