The People Support Department at PEP Stores is looking to hire an Intern Psychometrist on a 6 month contract (half day position)
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To conduct psychometric assessments and provide assessment results to relevant parties
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scheduling and adminstering psychometric assessments
- Scoring paper-based and computer assessments
- Maintaining assessment results on database
- Safekeeping of test materials and assessment results, as well as controlling use of employee files (in line with HPCSA requirements)
- Stock levels of test material are managed and orders placed when needed (with authority from manager)
- Invoice business units for assessments
- Ad hoc duties
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- Honours Degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology
- Registered as student of psychology / intern psychomterist with the HPCSA
- Computer Literacy (MS Office, Excel)
- Competencies: Good problem solving skills; Detail Orientation; Planning, organising and control; Communication; and Building and maintaining relationships
