All jobs posted by the South African government require the applicant to submit a Z83 form along with the application. The document can be downloaded from the following link:

The document can also be obtained from any Public service department.
When applying your application must be submitted with
- An updated CV
- Certified copies of qualifications
- ID Document
Note
- Copies of certified copies are not allowed
- Certified copies can not be older than 6 months
- Failure to submit what is requested will result in your application being denied
- If you have not been contacted 3 months after the closing date then your application was unsuccessful
