Responsibilities
To manage, co-ordinate and follow through on the following:
- All new applications for vehicles – company car and lease car units
- Assisting with queries on policies and procedures relating to the function
- Delivery of Units:
- Orders
- Invoices
- License and registration both internal and with AMH
- Pre-delivery inspection (PDI)
- Terminations
- Damages
- Handover to pre-owned

- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Customer focus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow through on business processes
