Period: 12 and 18 month contracts

Duration: 12 months, Stipend is R5 353 00 per month and
Duration: 18 months, Stipend is R4 458 47 per month

The Provincial Department of Public Works and Roads invite unemployed graduates / diplomats and students who obtained N6 from TVET Colleges who seek practical work experience and also interested in a Public Service career to apply for internship in the occupations mentioned below

NB: Applicants who previously participated in an internship programme of a Government Department will not be considered.

Internships are offered in the following field of study: Human Resource Management • Office Management • Information Management • Library and Information Services • Legal Services • Communication • Special Programme • Social Work / Services • Supply Chain Management • Financial Management • Roads Management • Auditing • Quantity Survey • Civil and Structure  Engineering • Mechanical Engineering • Architecture • Real Estate / Property Valuation / Town Planning and Monitoring and Evaluation.
