Specific Role Responsibilities
- Effective management of all telephone calls received through the Switchboard.
- Effective building and sustaining good relationships with all the organisations customers.
- Actively supporting colleagues and reliably passing on of information.
- Providing a professional receptionist service to delight our customers
- Maintain customer complaints file
- Assistance with a clean and presentable reception area
- Welcome all walk in customers at reception area .
- Vehicle bookings
- Cashier responsibilities
Requirements
- Matric with 2 years Switchboard experience
- Cashier experience
Knowledge and Skills
- Computer literate
- Intermediate
- Good attention to detail
- Effective listening skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to follow up
- Excellent administration skills
