The ideal candidate will be passionate about people and manufacturing technologies. S/he must be prepared to learn how to process wood and board products into furniture that includes solid wood tables and chairs, kitchens, built in cupboards, construction components like tongue and groove floors, etc. This means the candidate must be prepared to learn how to make, upholster and finish furniture, and set and maintain woodworking machines and their tooling. The objective of the internship is to develop the candidate into a technical skills Facilitator and a small business production mentor.
