ENGIE Energy (formerly GDF Suez), a leading independent power and desalinated water producer (formerly GDF Suez) are offering an exciting Career Development program that will involve challenging work, travel to international locations and the opportunity to launch your career with a global company.

The Career Development program consists of 3 rotations, each for a duration of 12 – 18 months spanning locations across the SAMEA Region (South Asia, Middle East & Africa) to enable you to enhance your experience and skills across a range of competencies.

Objectives

  • To create and maintain a level of talented resource to ensure continuity of operations.To provide participants the opportunity to work in diverse and challenging work environments.
  • To create a pool of talent motivated to take on international assignments and develop themselves.
  • To support this pool of talent so that they can successfully grow into key positions within the Group.

Program Overview

  • Key learning objectives will be set at the start of the program in line with the behavioral competency framework.
  • Assignment goals will be agreed and assessed throughout each assignment with a local Assessor.

Area of Responsibility

  • Be responsible for personal development within assigned roles through on the job learning and/or relevant training.
  • Accountable for own performance and results for the objectives set during each rotation.
  • Actively participate in designated department’s activities.
  • Adaptable to different work environments, cultural settings and situations.
  • Contribute in a meaningful way and handle complex issues.
  • Uphold a strong work Ethic.
  • Aspire to follow an international career.

How to apply

The closing date to apply is 10 August 2015 and an Assessment Day will be held on your University campus on Monday 24th August 2015. for the shortlisted candidates.
