The Career Development program consists of 3 rotations, each for a duration of 12 – 18 months spanning locations across the SAMEA Region (South Asia, Middle East & Africa) to enable you to enhance your experience and skills across a range of competencies.
Objectives
- To create and maintain a level of talented resource to ensure continuity of operations.To provide participants the opportunity to work in diverse and challenging work environments.
- To create a pool of talent motivated to take on international assignments and develop themselves.
- To support this pool of talent so that they can successfully grow into key positions within the Group.
Program Overview
- Key learning objectives will be set at the start of the program in line with the behavioral competency framework.
- Assignment goals will be agreed and assessed throughout each assignment with a local Assessor.
Area of Responsibility
