e.tv, eNCA, YFM and Sasani Studios, in partnership with eAcademy and the MICT SETA will be hosting learning programmes for unemployed South Africans. Choose from either a Television Learnership, TV or Radio Skills Programme or an Internship in various disciplines.
Learnership Programme
Skills Programme applications deadline: 31 July 2014
Persons from ages 18 to 34 years are invited to participate in a Television Production Skills Programme. This learning program will focus on all aspects of television production.
On successful completion, learners will receive a SAQA NQF level 5 Skills Programme Certificate in Television Production.
The learner will be exposed to theory sessions in a classroom as well as hands-on experience in a live working environment at a production company. The skills program will run from 1 September 2014 to 27 February 2015 and learners will be paid a minimal stipend to assist with transport costs.
Prerequisites:
- Matric Certificate or Equivalent
- Valid South African ID
- Good communication in English
- Ability to commit to this program for 6 months from 1 September 2014
