Gauteng City Region Academy

The Gauteng City Region Academy (GCR) Academy is a branch within Gauteng Department of Education set up to build relevant knowledge, skills and talent in order to reduce the high unemployment rate. One of the key focus areas is in the management of bursaries, learnerships and internships for young people. The bursaries are targeted matriculants from non fee paying schools within Gauteng.
