Thank you for discussing the need for a maintenance crew at Corpus Residential at our chance meeting today. As I mentioned during our conversation, I have worked as a building porter for Commonworth Residential for ten years and believe that I am well-suited for a similar position at Corpus Residential.
From what I gathered during our conversation, Corpus Residential will be operational in March 2015. Owing to the fact that I have considerable experience in the upkeep of a similar type of facility to enhance and maintain its curb appeal, I may be the person you are looking for to help you kick-start the project.
