BT Communication Services SA, a managed networked IT services company, invites applications for Sales / Pre-Sales Graduate positions in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
This year’s graduate intake offers 1 role in our Pre-Sales team and 2 roles in our Sales team. As a graduate on this programme, you’ll spend two years specializing in the Sub-Saharan African sales / pre-sales team working closely with the Account Managers and technical specialists in the team. This role will give you exposure to various parts of the business including pre-sales, sales support, bid management, technical design, portfolio, service and of course our customers.
Then there’s our core global graduate training programme, specifically designed to help you build up the skills you need to thrive in a leadership role in the future. This will include: induction, leadership, commercial training courses. You’ll also have the opportunity to network with other BT graduates based around the globe. There will also be various learning and development opportunities available throughout your career in BT. Towards the end of two-year programme, based on your career aspirations and business needs in the organisation, matching role will be assigned as the permanent role after this graduate programme.
Requirements
- Final year undergraduates / post graduates or graduates in any discipline with excellent academic results and less than 18 months of work experience.
- Fluent in English
