In this newly created role as a BMW Genius, you will be at the forefront of BMW’s Future Retail initiative. Your main responsibility will be to use your engaging personality to inspire and excite customers in the dealership about the features and benefits of the latest BMW products including the electrifying sub brand BMW i.Highly motivated with strong enthusiasm for the BMW brand as well technological aptitude, you will enjoy going the extra mile for your customers. You will be passionate about the brand and enjoy learning about innovative technologies. Don’t worry if you are not a BMW expert right now – our comprehensive training programme will teach you everything you need to know to become a BMW Genius. You will also possess the people skills necessary to be able to communicate in non-technical terms with customers who may have very little technical knowledge. With your confident manner you will create a premium experience for your customers when visiting the dealership.
Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Tech Savvy
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must be an enthusiast of the BMW brand
- Ability to work well with others
- Analytical thinker and ability to retain complex technical information
- Experience representing a luxury / prestige brand, helpful but not necessary
- Experience in retail sales, strongly preferred
