Administrator Opportunity at Sasfin

Sasfin is looking for an Administrator in Greenstone, Jhb. The main purpose of the job is the Administration of the Remote Metered Services (Pre-paid Postage) offering, call-centre support and client assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Loading of new deals for RMS clients
  • Liaise with debt collector to ensure paid clients are able to access the system
  • Administration of write-offs
  • Cancelation of RMS license and subscription
  • Monthly reporting and invoicing
  • Effective and Courteous telephone support
  • Recordkeeping and maintenance of accurate information
Requirements
  • Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Diploma/Advanced Certificate (NQF level 6) in relevant field advantageous
  • Call centre/Administration experience
  • Query resolution abilities
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Fully computer literate in Microsoft office
  • Excellent communication skills and above average telephone etiquette
