Key Responsibilities
– Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and the general public – Ensure that the reception and main boardroom area is kept neat and presentable and notice board is kept up to date with current info – Distribute internal and external courier packages/ postage and ensure that adequate record is maintained in order to track mail – Arrange meetings, seminars & conferences by co-ordinating all aspects such as venue, logistics and catering according to management requirements – Keep control over office expenditure and stocks – Attend weekly/monthly Management meetings, collate the presentation, compile and distribute agenda and minutes according to agreed standards
Minimum Requirements
– Grade 12 – An Administrative related qualification preferable – Minimum of 2 years relevant experience – Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) – SAP knowledge an advantage – Valid Code EB Drivers license
